Do you charge per PSP integration?
No. Scale and Enterprise tiers include all 18 PSPs. Growth includes 5; adding more is part of an upgrade, not a per-integration tax. We never take a rev share from your PSP contracts — you keep the rates you negotiated.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee on Growth or Scale. Enterprise deployments occasionally include implementation work (multi-entity ledger, custom PSP) that is scoped and quoted upfront. Implementation is billed in milestones, never as a hidden multiplier on the licence.
What happens if I exceed my volume tier?
We don't auto-upgrade you and we don't bill overage at a punitive rate. If your volume sits above the tier for two consecutive months, we send a tier-change proposal. You can accept it, stay where you are at standard rates, or move to annual billing.
What if my volume drops?
You can downgrade from one month to the next, with no penalty. We've had several customers move between Growth and Scale across high and low seasons. The console exposes the projected next-month bill so finance always knows what's coming.
Do you offer annual contracts?
Yes — annual billing comes with a 15% discount on the platform fee, and locks in your tier rate for 12 months even if our list price changes. Most Scale and Enterprise customers move to annual after their first quarter.
Are FX margins included?
FX margins are passed through at cost — we never mark up the rate. The FX optimisation engine itself is a per-converted-transaction add-on (€0.012), but the conversion rate you get is the one your settlement bank or chosen acquirer quotes. No hidden basis points.
Do you take a percentage of each transaction?
No. We charge a flat monthly platform fee per tier, plus per-transaction add-ons only for the features you turn on. We never take a percentage of the GMV, never take a rev share with the PSPs, and never see the merchant's bank account.
How do you handle multi-entity groups?
Multi-entity groups (a holding plus 3+ subsidiaries) are scoped on the Enterprise tier. The platform fee covers the consolidated routing; the per-entity ledger and reconciliation are included. We've onboarded groups with up to 22 subsidiaries on a single Enterprise contract.
Is there a free trial?
We don't run a free trial — orchestration platforms are too deep to evaluate in 30 days. Instead, we run a free routing audit on your real declined-transaction CSV, sign an NDA, model the projected uplift, and share the result as a PDF in 5 working days. No commitment past that.
Can I cancel from the console?
Yes — cancellation is one click in the console. We keep your data accessible for 90 days post-cancellation so finance can close out the books, then it is deleted per our DPA. No retention fees, no exit interview, no penalty.
What payment methods do you accept for your own invoices?
Bank transfer (SEPA / wire / ACH) is the standard. We accept card payment via Stripe for self-serve Growth-tier customers, with a 1.5% processor surcharge passed through. Net-30 on standard contracts, net-60 on annual.
Do you offer non-profit / academic pricing?
For registered non-profits and accredited research institutions processing under €1M annually, we offer a heavily discounted Growth tier — €750/month including all routing features. Reach out via the contact form with the non-profit registration ID.
