Tiers are public because we believe partners should never feel like they're being graded behind their backs. The criteria are objective and reviewed every six months.

25+ deployed customers, co-built solutions, joint sales motion, board-level relationship, exclusive territory considerations.

We build a clear, contract-light partner program. No revenue-share lock-ins, no exclusive territories, no enterprise-sales theatre. The criteria are public, the benefits are listed, the contract is two pages.
Joint pitches with our sales engineers, lead-sharing for in-territory inbound, mutual signature on case studies.
Silver+ tiers get a co-marketing budget (€10-50k per year depending on tier) for joint events, joint content, and joint paid acquisition.
Silver+ tiers get a named partner manager — usually a Whaliepay solutions engineer who can pre-empt technical questions.
Higher sandbox rate limits, priority response on bug reports, a dedicated sandbox cluster for Gold+ partners.
Gold+ partners join the quarterly roadmap review. Their customers' votes weighted into the next release backlog.
Platinum tier · co-build vertical solutions (travel routing, iGaming routing, marketplace settlement) with named credit on both websites.
